WHAT CAN I DO?

If you think you have a problem there is free private and confidential help available through the Gambling Help Service. UNiTAB's trained Customer Liaison Officer can put you in touch with the Gambling Help Service in your area or you can call any of the Help Lines directly. Help Contacts are available on this site.
If you bet from your Telebet Account via the Internet, an operator or via Telebet Express, you have the ability to either:
- exclude yourself from betting; or
- place a limit on the amount you bet.
This can be done by contacting us on 13 19 39 or (+61 7) 3632 6110, or by email to telebet@unitab.com.au.
If you bet at a retail outlet, self exclusion provisions are available on request from any UNiTAB office or from your State's Gambling Help Service.
